growing real estate portfolio, the ANH Hausbesitz needs spot-on
brand positioning. A great challenge for Rosendahl Berlin and since 2011 we’ve
been responsible for the

Real Estate, architecture and art – three areas in which ANH Hausbesitz is successfully engaged. The eponymous book presents the company’s innovative involvement in commercial properties, offices and art in Berlin as well as the interesting synergies resulting in the cross-links. Characterising for this publication’s production were synergies as well: Rosendahl Berlin developed concepts, organised photo shoots, coordinated the editorial team, illustrated projects, chose the material, print, configuration, binding and summed everything up in a layout that perfectly reflects the inter-disciplinary demand of this extensive piece.

BIT MO’ website showcases all key information in a perfect package, from
responsive design to PDF portfolio. All based on the clever Cellms tool kit,
developed especially for real estate websites.
modern real estate marketing
Four different houses make the historic ensemble on Potsdamer Straße 91, in Berlin. We’ve made this address a brand: the „Neue West“, along with the naming, logo and marketing strategy that includes the website, brochures and a selection of give-aways.
Technical advantage: responsive design, scalability, excellent usability, and easy backend handling make the website an ideal marketing and rental tool. The highlight: all exposés including the object’s info, layout and pictures can be generated directly from the website.
